ARTICLE 6 - WARRANTIES

All our products are covered by the legal warranty if the product has been used under normal conditions of use.

- Article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code: the Seller is required to deliver goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The Seller is also liable for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation where the latter was made the Seller's responsibility under the contract or was carried out under the Seller's responsibility.

- Article L211-5 of the French Consumer Code: To comply with the contract, the goods must: Be fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable: Correspond to the description given by the Seller and possess the qualities that the Seller presented to the Customer in the form of a sample or model; Have the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect with regard to public statements made by the seller, the producer or its representative, in particular in advertising or labeling; Or have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be fit for any special purpose sought by the Seller, brought to the attention of the Seller and accepted by the latter.

- Article L211-9: In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the goods. However, the Seller may not proceed according to the buyer's choice if that choice entails a manifestly disproportionate cost compared with the other option, taking into account the value of the goods or the significance of the defect. In that case, the seller is required to proceed, unless impossible, using the method not chosen by the Customer.

- Article L211-10 of the French Consumer Code: If repair and replacement of the goods are impossible, the Customer may either return the goods and have the price refunded, or keep the goods and have part of the price refunded. The same option is available to the Customer: If the solution requested, proposed or agreed in application of Article L. 211-9 cannot be implemented within one month of the buyer's complaint; Or if this solution cannot be implemented without major inconvenience for the Customer, taking into account the nature of the goods and the use sought.

However, the sale cannot be canceled if the lack of conformity is minor.

- Article L211-11 of the French Consumer Code: The application of the provisions of Articles L. 211-9 and L. 211-10 is free of charge for the Customer.

- Article L211-12 of the French Consumer Code: Any action resulting from a lack of conformity is time-barred two years after delivery of the goods.

- Article 1641 of the French Civil Code: The Seller is bound by the warranty against hidden defects in the item sold which render it unfit for its intended use, or which so impair that use that the Customer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had they known of them.

- Article 1648, paragraph 1, of the French Civil Code: Any action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the buyer within two years of discovering the defect.
