Refund policy

RETURNS:

Once your order is delivered to your home, we accept returns within 14 days, provided that the product is neither opened nor damaged:

• Send us an email at help@versatileparis.com with the reason for the return
• Prepare your parcel, taking care to protect it properly
• Then stick your return label on your parcel (at your expense)
• Drop your parcel off at a Post Office

A few small conditions:

• Your product's box has not been opened and its condition is as new
• The tamper-evident sticker must be intact
• The return is made from mainland France
• You received your order less than 14 days ago

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange a product, so you'll need to request a refund for your order and place a new one.
