RETURN :

Each fragrance comes with its sample.

It's not a match ? We'll give you your money back!

Once your order has been delivered to your home, we accept returns for a period of 14 days, provided that the product is unopened and undamaged:

Send us an email to help@versatileparis.com with the reason for the return

• We will send you the return address by e-mail
• Prepare your parcel, taking care to protect it
• Then stick your returns label on your parcel (at your expense)
• Go to the post office to drop off your parcel

A few conditions:

• The box of your perfume has not been opened and is in new condition
• The return must be made from Metropolitan France
• You received your order less than 14 days ago

You are responsible for the return postage. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product, so you will have to request a refund and place a new order

The discovery card and gift card are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
